2.4 We may also process the personal information of your child if they are provided by your child's tuition centre, daycare centre, enrichment centre and/or the school's headquarters or administrator (individually and/or collectively referred as the "Educational Establishment", where appropriate) or by you. You agree and consent to us processing your child's personal information in accordance to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

2.4. You must only submit personal data which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes. We shall have the right to request for documentation to verify the personal data provided by you as part of our customer verification processes.

2.5. We will only be able to collect your personal data if you voluntarily submit the personal data to us. Unfortunately, if you choose not to submit your personal data to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our Services or access to the Platform.

However, we may need to share your child's personal information with the School in order to ensure that we are able to provide the Services to you and also to fulfil our obligations to the School. Your child's personal information such as her name and picture may be inevitably or incidentally disclosed to other user of the Portal (e.g other parents and guardians). For example, your child may appear in a photograph published on the Portal with other children of our users.

4. Withdrawal of Consent and Deletion or Anonymisation of Personal Data

4.1.
